The point of this whole conversation is your assertion that "humans are not animals because we think". We have established that humans are in fact animals and often behave no better and sometimes even worse than animals... despite our intelligence. The original point I'm making is that making a human population dependent some other population creates unhealthy and unsustainable dependency. Socialism creates dependent populations of humans... much like feeding squirrels at the park does. Socialism reduces (if not destroys) the healthy work incentive that a healthy and well functioning society depends upon. Which is the point MM made a while back.
