Sweeping generalizations can create a foundation of understanding, which is what was done at the start of the American Revolution, sweeping generalizations also known as principles. The principles set forth in the Declaration of Independence and the constitution, which followed, laid down the principled foundation of America.

We have an obligation to provide commentary about the principles or actions of a government. Sweeping generalizations about people is quite another matter.

Well, after reading your rebuttal, and studying and analyzing it, I just have to come to the conclusion that you're consistently a putz.
