The table is assembled from the last 5 years of ADVFN's Annual Financial Statement data.
According to ADVFN's "annual date", the year reference for 2013 is given as "2013/9". That probably doesn't include for the stock split because it hadn't happened yet (?)

I calculate the share prices for years 2009 to 2012 by multiplying the given "year end" P/E ratio by the given "year end" Basic EPS. However, for the last year I usually put in the latest share price which I get from ADFVN's "Company Data" page. In this case it's not strictly correct as it probably should also be done as for the years 2009 to 2012. That's why we see Apple's share price suddenly dropping from $674.1 to its latest $95.81.

If I had used the same methodology for 2013 as for the previous years, and using ADVFN's year end P/E and EPS of 13 and $40.02, the 2013 "year end" share price would have been 13 x $40.02 = $520.26.
