Best deals in the USA (maybe the best safest 'bet on the planet these days) are outside of the big west coast and NE cities where J6P lives. I buy ranch houses for long term rental these days my cost basis fixed up between $35-50k. Ain't going to do that anywhere near where the 1% like to live.. Is stunning the divergence I see in my home state between haves and have nots.. Just seems to be getting wider and wider .. Yellen and friends will not stop till they reflate RE across the land like has already happened in your area thus the economy will be looking better and better as the optimism spreads going into the 2016 elections
