Maybe the embarrassment of international exposure would make TPTB come up with some new and creative solutions. Canada can put our kids in detention camps, we can squawk, they can vaccinate those in need and teach manners to all of them, we can squawk again, the world can laugh at us... For grad school, I did a paper on black male teenagers in Chicago. The stats were beyond disturbing. If I remember correctly, more than 50% of them drop out of school by the 10th grade. I think a third end up graduating. More than 60% of them are gang members by the time they are in the 8th grade.They are the third and fourth generations of the black migration from the South and they are in very bad shape. I frankly don't know what can be done...........the psychological damage is severe. And its a huge embarrassment and sad legacy for this country.
