The most effective way to get companies to raise wages is for qualified people to leave for better wages elsewhere. This works quickly if recent sales for the stingy company are rising.>.

The most effective way to gain fair wages is unions.

Once a mill right, plumber, carpenter, pipe fitter, welder, electrician, teacher, etc, know their trade----they know there trade, and are all competent.

So the wages are determined by the journeymen of the trade, NOT any individual, whom are all considered equal!
