Well, adults sometimes have other responsibilities that keep them from taking off on a lark. I envy your freedom to do that and thank you,. It's just that some of us might like to have you impart what you gained.

Everybody can contribute, just in different ways. We can't get overinvolved in every part of our portfolio. My area is CSMA, where I think I have kept people informed:, here in NETZ I look to others.

I agree with you in this regard Matty. Accept . . . I have no problem relying on a 19 year old, an oriental, latino, or otherwise, for information, as long as the information is reliable. So, thanks for going to the show, and thanks for what little information that you are willing to post.

Although, either I am missing something, or nobody wants to talk about it. NETZ, along with thousands of other micro-caps are in deep deep trouble, unless they start filing.

With respect to NETZ, I find it troubling that they have failed to announce the board member. The reason for my concern is, board memebers usually serve when promised stock options as an incentive. And I don't know of anyone that wants to be compensated with pink sheets.

This may seem insignificant on the surface. But think about it. If NETZ is selling shares to raise money, while authorizing an infinite number of shares, at what point do our shares have a chance to gain value? If NETZ starts reporting without revenue, how are the shares going to gain value?

Joint ventures may be the ticket, but that won't do holders of pink sheets any good. Sorry to sound negative, but I am a realist, and time is up, and NETZ has to tell us what is going on, or the first quarter of '98 is the end for it. I don't give a damn about their technology, connections, etc., etc. without reporting to me, a shareholder.

NETZ, it is time to turn over the hour glass, and give us a reason to be patient.
