Like the 41 votes to repeal Obamacare? LOL! Name some decent legislation the House has passed that would pass the (D) controlled Senate. There aren't ANY. Reid is just not wasting Senate time.

There are folks within the Republican party who consider folks like McCain, McConnel obstructionist because they negotiate issues with Harry Reid.

Besides, the bills I know that Harry Reid would not allow in the Senate are those associated with Obamacare, Benghazi, veterans affairs etc. All these are a waste of time and a bait for Harry Reid and the Senate towards waste of taxpayer's money. Isn't that what you are referring to?
