ROC's valuation is not as it appears because of all of the restructuring that has not been completed. If all goes as planned, the underlying value will kick in.

The lower margin divisions have been sold off. Debt has been reduced. This is the number one pure lithium play. Demand for lithium is on the increase. I see ROC as a takeover candidate in the next year due to its pristine balance sheet and its premier position in its field.

I took profits on my holdings but still long and will add more. I vote to hold this stock in our portfolio. Regardless of whatever happens with the overall market, I think this stock will outperform well over the next few years as demand for lithium increases.
