Well I don't know much about Detroit but I'd guess you may have a very long wait before you hear the Chinese and Russians bragging about their Detroit Real Estate holdings at cocktail parties . LOL.

But the future looks very bright for those accumulating in and around Tampa and getting high rental returns while they wait for the prices to come back. I don't worry about your financial future.
