My understanding is the phase-in started earlier this year, it has been voted on, and is now being submitted to the SEC for implementation in February 1998. I further understand that the micro-caps have been notified, and have had plenty of time to prepare. I will double check my information, but I believe that NASDAQ gives those company 90 days to file quarterly and annual reports. So I don't understand the phase in arguements that have been posted. Either the company is legitimate, or it isn't. PERIOD. JMHO DGMAC
