Chuck, et. al. -- I spoke with Jensen in regard to the filings by
the brokers of the Global Financial Group in Denver (no relation to
GPGI). He said he expected it, and they hadn't worked out for us as
market makers, so he figures we are better off without them. In any
event, I doubt they were at the meeting Saturday, Dec. 6th.

Told me again he is working on getting an office and completing the
financials to get us off the "designated list." Lots of other stuff
happening also, but no details until the results are IN HAND. I don't
think he wants to go though another week like he just has getting
abuse from every shareholder with a quarter in his pocket and access
to a pay phone. His advice to me was "be patient," which I have heard
before, but, you've got to believe between the refiners that want our
product one of them (at least one) will be able to extract meaningful
amounts of PGM's.

Regards,

Jeff
