Ohhh, that is news. The first time I heard anything about the new rules was on CNBC about a week and a hallf ago. Seems they missed that story. But then again, they are owned by the oldest and most venerable DOW component, so I would never expect anything timely and/or positive about BBs on CNBC.

DGMAC,

I'm curious as to where you received your information on the new NASDAQ rules? I've read the release from the NASDAQ site and see no mention of a time frame other than the following;

QUOTE:

~~"Allow only those companies that report their current financial information to the SEC, banking, or insurance regulators to be quoted on the Bulletin Board. The rule proposal will provide for a phase-in period for those securities already quoted on the OTC Bulletin Board.

In March 1997, the SEC said that beginning in April 1998, foreign securities will have to be fully registered with the SEC to remain quoted on the Bulletin Board."~~
END QUOTE

I did not see any mention of the type of financial information that it (NASDAQ) was referring to? Nor did I see any mention of the exact time frame? Leads me to believe that you've come across another source of information concerning the new proposals?

Thanks
Theo
