Pretty much no religion, leaves "other vulnerable people" alone, when you look at their more fundamental members. Stay out of the Mormon's clubhouse and homes. If you want Mormons to have women officials, start Reformed Mormonism and allow it in your rules. My branches of Judaism (reformed in Bakersfield, conservative since) did just that, but because we wanted it to happen for various reasons (I suspect bacon had a role in this), not because someone else wanted us to change. Even the Reformed formally opposed intermarriage in 1909, and that would have at least applied to gentiles, altho I don't imagine they would have been real pleased by the prospect of their daughters marrying nice Jewish boys from Ethiopia, aka "The Schwarzes".
