The guy who says he does not need Congress all of a sudden needs Congress???
It's all on Obama now. No longer can he blame Congress for anything, ever since Obama decided that Congress is no longer relevant to his agenda.

Do you see Obama trying very hard to ignore the problems at the border? The stories are starting to hit mainstream media, but he continues to act as if he's above this.
