That IMO should have been expected with most readers with a taste for this having already read a lot more juicy stuff than what BJ Billy could ever have performed in all his life time :).

Sharing capital letter 'C' with the famous Giacomo C. by name, in no way elevates him to the master levels and finesse of the latter, a true master of many arts.
