<<I didn't ever get a chance to vote on the Fed. Did you? I don't see anything in the Constitution saying the Fed should even exist.>>

You do not see the big picture. Don't you know if it was unconstitutional the supreme court makes that judgment. That is what the constitution says, right or wrong in your mind, or mine, it is still legal in our democracy And the congress can override the supreme court.

Both have said the fed is legal! I am not brain washed, I am following our democracy and don't know enough about our fed to comment on it.

There are tons of things not in the constitution that are required by modern times. And tons of terrible things like allowing slavery and not allowing women to vote.

I think you need to understand what the constitution and our democracy really are before throwing around nonsense like the above statement. The constitution does not give you, or the right wing the right to say what is unconstitutional. They gave it to the supreme court and congress. Maybe you need to study our democracy a bit more. In fact I am sure you do.

As a document, it was great for the times, but far from perfect. Why do you right wingers keep referring to the constitution as some sort of thing that is infallible and then ascribe things to it that make no sense?

The constitution was one of the first great documents in the history of mankind putting a framework around how civilized humans should live. But as a first document, it has needed lots of improvements and filling in over the years and changes will always be needed.

The problem is not the fed, the problem is the plutocrats running the country. The problem is an imbalance of power caused by two things an ignorant electorate and plutocrats manipulating those ignorant folks.
