PMFJI but I think Jim probably means "high yield debt" or junk bonds.

Valid method for low credit quality companies to raise money. TCI built their business with it.

I will go on record as predicting that NTN will never do a junk bond or conventional "bank" type financing.

Their only financing options will be more REG.S/D. And that is very unlikely with the stock barely above $1.

Mr. Sokol has dealt his own hand and better be prepared to play what he's holding.

Grow the company with the money.

Just my opinion here.
