Golden Reign Resources (GRR-V) July 18, '14 has raised $186,638 through the exercise of 1,244,255 share purchase warrants.The warrants were recently amended (see news release dated June 20, 2014), extending the expiry date from July 12, 2014, to Dec. 31, 2014, and reducing the original exercise price from 80 cents per share to 15 cents if exercised on or before the original expiry date of July 12, 2014; or 25 cents if exercised after July 12, 2014, and on or before Dec. 31, 2014. Proceeds from the exercise of the warrants will be utilized for continuing exploration at the company's Nicaraguan gold properties, and for general working capital.
