Great post, exactly. You look at the failure of people in central America to form safe countries of laws and it is obvious the problem is lack of an educated populace and that is true around the world. An uneducated populace simply has no idea how to establish a democracy that works e.g. middle east. But look at the countries where the populace is educated, most are fine countries. The educated like Thomas Jefferson see it, the uneducated do not see it. The trick is getting the uneducated to value education. And that is where the Asians have it all over us. They value education.
