I don;t see anything in the statute authorizing that....and who are you kidding? Obozo is not enforcing the Employer Mandate to avoid a total blowout in the midterm elections....

He is not enforcing the employer mandate at this time because it would hurt the economy. As the economy strengthens, he will enforce it. You are LYING again. Where is that written? Please supply a link or verification.
