What do you mean, nukes? Brilliant. What we have had in the past 70 years, save Korea, have been guerrilla wars. Those you can't win in a conventional sense. They can, and have, gone on for decades. If you are lucky, they wind up brutalizing the civilian population to the point where they no longer get support. Then they eventually just fade away. I have Joe the Fly on ignore. He is a waste of electrons.
