All of that is as much on dumb shit voters as Obama.... If he had had Roosevelt's Congress, even with his skin color, the outcomes would have been different.. ..but hey everybody else is blaming him for every thing that he does and doesn't do, often the same people, so knock yourself out ..but has the intelligence to adjust his approach to accommodate for his race as he optimized what he could accomplish for the country while the electorate saddled him with a Congress selected for their dedication to the Confederate cause..
