We did another batch of backribs recently, 2 racks. This time I used 2 cans of coke and added 4 garlic cloves, everything else the same.

The interesting thing is that our company was the couple who originally brought the recipe to our group. My wife and I each had maybe 3 to 4 ribs, the other two ate the rest and just raved about them. Very moist and tasty. Apparently they used Pepsi when they originally did them.

Not sure what does it, the sugar, acid or what.....but it really does work.
