I am sorry pal. Where did I say that Govt. employees work for bonus. I said that private employees instead "work for profit" because their capitalist employers want them to do so. Consequently, they have that reward and punishment scheme called "bonus" I am not aware of Federal employees getting bonus. II am of the opinion that in Govt. they do not work "for profit" and hence they do not have a bonus philosophy. Am I istaken in holding this notion? I haven't worked for the US Federal Govt and hence I would not know.
