Virgil, I think Encore can be hooked up to the TV if you buy certain cables. However, the Encore is being marketed as a PC-DVD. It is also more expensive than others that aren't for the PC (I think). I will probably be at BBY in a few days, and if I am, I'll definitely check all the CREAF stuff... Brian
