He was one of the men I had requested to be asked to resign as part of the "Group" So he was aware of the on going financing in my opinion. If this is his first buy then it is meanful. He has been around a long time and knows of all the dirt under the found rocks!!!!! Wonder if other employees jumping in too. They need not file with SEC!!! Jim P.S.
