Bill, if INTC heads for the 40's, we'll see some VERY low semi's indeed. You probably saw it but Barron's indicated a few weeks ago that 30% of INTC revenues come from....you guessed it.

Point of clarification. Wouldn't short covering send the price of the stock up. The head and shoulders of Intel, if broken on the downside would indicate to me that people would hold on to their shorts.
