If she had only copper jacketed instead of hollow points it would have been no big deal.

That's one of the ten most common mistakes Concealed Carriers make, according to a video I got from the USCCA. "Not knowing the laws of every state you go into with your firearm." It is disgusting, though, that the states can't work out a common-sense system for dealing with such incidents without committing a much more egregious situation. It's only common sense, yet they don't do it.
