I dont claim to know anything either, but actually a repo appears to be a short term
loan from the Fed, reverse repo is when the Fed calls the loan, or whatever the inverse of a repo. It appears someone needs to swap cash for t-bonds, because
the Fed bot them all in QE 1234. I see nothing unusual
