Yes, you can do it if you want to do some work.

If you look at the html code ("view" | "source" using IE) , Brad assigns the URL of the "next" post to the "next" tag and the URL of the "previous" post to the "previous" tag. Theoretically you could assign a macro script to a function key to parse the html code and then invoke the appropriate URL. Not at all easy, but certainly possible.

If you want to use function keys so you don't have to keep grabbing for a mouse, you could always just keep clicking "next" until you have viewed (but obviously not read) all the posts you want. Then keep clicking "previous" to go back to the first post and start reading. Finally, put the keyboard on your lap and press "backspace" to read them.
