Jimmy, sounds like a great idea. The only addition I would make is to include a group of expert blackjack players and a control group. As you say the both sides would have to agree to the testing procedure and would have to accept the findings. Do you think the industry side has already conducted this test on an independent basis so that they know where they would stand in case the court was to suggest such a test?
