The only good thing I see here is some interest on the part of the Federal government to improve the electric grid infrastructure, not only in cities like Chicago, but in rural areas, where storms, heat, and other variables can throw a whole system out in no time. But it's not certain whether the current Congress is interested in spending any new money that might require higher taxes. I still am waiting for some resolution on the Sinovel issue, possibly compensation worth at least $200 million, though I doubt if the compensation is that high, it will probably not be made public.
