Bizarre chart

Having trouble reading it, but it seems that the premise of the chart depends on App store revenue to suddenly turn flat to declining while Google continues to grow.

I can easily see Google continuing to grow, but have a hard time fathoming a world where App store sales suddenly and persistently go flat or decline. We are nowhere close to App saturation.
