This is what happens when incompetents are supplied with high tech weapons. Obama has been handing this kind of stuff out to Islamists like there is tomorrow, all over the middle east. These wepaons will be diverted to terrorists. The really scary stuff are the handheld ground to air missiles. These low life, low IQ Islamists are so fascinated by planes, like little children are fascinated by fire trucks and planes.
