Yo All: I spoke to Kim this morning and he keot his cards so close to hims chest that I got nutting except;

- SGGNF is working with a new Market Maker and has for 2/3 weeks. He does NOT expect anything to happen till 1998. There goes my prediction of the week of 15 Dec 97.

- Anybody have anything to add.

Kim Dae-jung elected. Excellent for Sungold.

Sungold's JV partners in Korea have been supporting the opposition
party for years. The outcome of the election is exactly what the company wanted.
