Bill, Wouldn't bet on any areas being maxed out yet...remember the convertibles. Should be interesting to see what new developments occur. They spoke of hunting for another one in the miami area, as well as wpb, and I wouldn't bet against other cities in FL over the next 2-3 years either. However, I think I'd skip going to the RAIN in Orlando if I had to go the Citrus Bowl to watch the Gators. Actually, in my mind the college football season is already over, although possibly the pro, also, and maybe even for JSI....the company is trying to sound positive, but it sure is more for curiosity to follow the details at this point.
