Of course, but the $650 price point is likely to be the same as last year. Component pricing for DRAM, NAND, LCD's are all doing extremely well right now and then add in the fact that you will have a larger screen and battery plus any other improvements (sapphire screen?). I hope analysts have factored in a fairly large impact on iPhone margins in the December quarter.

A 5.5" iPhone Air starting at $750 would go a long way towards offsetting some of that margin pressure.
