Ask any front-line cell-store sales employee what an extra $100 or $150 post-subsidy does to consumer demand. So you have repeated ad nauseam. They say they don't know much about pricing strategies but they know, for some reason, the iPhone remains the dominant high end leader in sales. If you imagine unsubstantiated higher prices and you refuse to accept premium value, all you are left with is a bearish view that has crushed you over the last 10, 5, 3, and 1 years.
