Fed officials predicted last month their target rate will be 1.13 percent at the end of 2015 and 2.5 percent a year later. They have held the main rate near zero since December 2008. bloomberg.com Still too low? ..and I guess it would be presumptuous to speculate that if the administration could get any Congressional assistance in dealing with the economy, rates could normalize faster ...and it appears as though we very well may change majorities in the Senate now as well ..that ought to help the economic picture...don'cha think? Everybody knows how well we always do when the GOP is in charge
