Imagine the daily, sometimes hourly, threat of having to get in a shelter within seconds. Imagine driving down the street with your kids in the car and iPhone warns you of an incoming rocket attack. Are you that stupid? No civilization would tolerate it. You wouldn't in Seattle, regardless of whether anyone was being killed by them. And I would point out that before this incident there have four or five thousand rockets attacks on Israel over the last several years. The result of those, while deaths were minimized, has been thousands of injuries. No one can or would live like that.
