Billboard in San Francisco Clearly Illustrates What Will Happen to Workers if City Raises Minimum Wage This billboard in San Francisco is for the financially illiterate of which there must be many. Heck, the people of San Francisco are so ignorant of fiscal matters and even much of basic reality that they keep re-electing Nancy Pelosi for Congress. Does anyone really think a giant billboard illustrating the truth in San Francisco is going to make a difference?
