Yup. An unguided sugar rocket is not known for its accuracy. Some estimates put the CEP in the range of kilometers.

Have you seen their remains? They look like some kid's science project gone bad.

So why do they do it? Because the Israelis can be counted on to over-react.

I think they over-react so they have an excuse to do whatever they want in the WB and Gaza. Their over-reaction plays very well on American teevee.
