On Friday, three months after raising $9.3 million in a private placement, mostly to an Invesco European mutual fund, Trooper admitted it now has little hope of getting Thermo Tech Technologies to hand over its licensed manure plant technology. Trooper's law firm now claims that sometime last month, "Thermo Tech advised Trooper that it does not intend to honour the licensing agreement and will never provide Trooper with the standard certified engineering specifications or any of the other materials requested. . .
