Why won't Obumble freeze the aid to the aggressor after they failed to live up to the agreements to not attack Israel?

Congress supports both. He's only doing what Congress wants. And why do you insist on making the Israelis the good guys and the Palestinians the bad guys? Because the Israelis are whiter?
