I really see no solution that will be fair or just for the Pals. I think the Pals should either decide they are going to live peacefully as Israeli third class citizens in their Gaza or WB gulag, or leave.

This is complicated greatly by the fact that Egypt doesn't want any Pals, certainly not all of Gaza and the WB. All the Arab states around Israel are already full of previous Pal refugees that have been fleeing since 1948.

Because Israel, with our backing, is going to own all the land.

To some indefinable degree Hamas is dependent on weapons suppliers. The loss of Egyptian support and the rumored lack of Iranian interest and the loss of the Syrian flow, leaves them weakened militarily as well.

If that truly is the case then maybe the "Unity" government idea has a chance. Given Hamas's history though and ability to wriggle out of tight situations to survive to strike again puts this idea in the "iffy" bin IMHO.
