Then we either borrow or raise taxes. But we libs are sick and tired of being the responsible ones, just to see the mad dog pubs cut our aid to the middle class and poor to blow it on caviar.

We should do like the pubs do spend what is needed and worry about the bill later. Let the pubs be the ones to fix the damage for a change.
