Jim:

I think OXHP has more problems than the processing bottleneck. Current management is an issue and their practices. I'll write more on their fundamental problems this weekend (hopefully). The fundamental problems may be factored into the stock but I don't think so.

Normally the street overreacts to fundamental news changes and you can exploit an opportunity on companies with good underlying fundaments'. (i.e. the news isn't as bad as one thinks and the monumentum players leaving drive the price lower than its worth).

In this instance I'd recommend caution. Not only have we seen the charges for excessive claims, but there also appears to be a pricing problem (and friends at competitors have indicated they had problems matching OXHP's price). Just my 2 cents. I've been right and wrong in this market.

Right now for a gamble with less risk I think there are other opportunites. Remember the risk reward equation (a problem I have, remember this).

I've been stalking WIND (one of Judy's story stocks and read up on Alen Beans post on that thread for background) and it looks like it will go lower. I also like RMBS, JMAR and LGND.

Will post later.
