What next for the ACA, from the NYT--just listing the possible next steps. It seems to me obvious that this will end up on the SC.

I've read a scenario in which it does not. The short of it is that the full court majorities in the DC district and the fourth circuit, both now having Dem majorities as this NYTimes piece points out, agree with the fourth circuit position. Then there is no legal controversy for the SC to pick up.

Will be interesting to see how this plays out.
