I want it dead but remember John Roberts illegally changed the law and struck out the word fine and replaced it with tax. The judiciary can only strike out words, as long as it still makes sense (severability) they are not allowed to add words, strike out words and replace them with other words, which is what Roberts actually did. Now here we have to replace the word State with Federal Govt. Can't you see Roberts now saying that the United States is a Nation State and therefore State also means the Federal Govt?
